BBQ
In order to ensure that those who want to use the barbeque can do so without worrying about other people
having the same idea at the same time, we have an online booking system in place. If you use the barbeque
without a booking then please be prepared to abandon it should someone with a booking turn up. It is in your
interest to follow these procedures. The
calendar can be accessed by clicking here and using the following login details:

We suggest, where possible, bookings are made for a maximum of 2 hours.
If anyone has any problems with the system, then please text Gianna on 07917 197625 with your booking
requirements and an entry will be made in the system for you. Please provide ample notice should
you go down this route. If the space is already taken, she will let you know.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Please make sure you take all necessary precautions when using the barbeque to avoid injury to people
and also to ensure the safe operation of the barbeque itself.
CLEANING UP AFTERWARDS
Please ensure you take everything with you when you leave. Return the chairs and tables to an orderly
position and clean condition, and deposit any rubbish in the bins at the gate. The ash and coals should
be placed in the metal dustbin provided (please do not put any other materials in here and never put hot ashes in the plastic bin). The grill and utensils should be cleaned after use.
CONSIDERATION FOR OTHER RESIDENTS
Please ensure that you only hold your barbeque in the designated area for safety considerations. To be clear, that is the concreted area at the rear of the garden against the back wall of the garages. Please do NOT hold barbeques
in ANY other areas of the grounds which includes the small garden sections next to the main road and at the rear
of the block due to their proximity to the flats.
